Please take notice that the above described property appears to be in violation of 11 O.S. §22-112, in that it is dilapidated and has become detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the general public and the community, and/or the property creating a fire hazard which is dangerous to other property. The property may also be unsecured and in need of boarding and securing under 11 O.S. §22-112.1. You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held before the Ada City Council on the 3rd day of November, 2014 at 5:45 oclock P.M. in the City Council Chamber, Ada City Hall, 231 South Townsend, Ada, Oklahoma. The City Council will hear the matter at that time and receive information thereon, including any which you, your agent, or your attorney may want to present. You are further notified that if the property is found to be dilapidated, it will be torn down and removed and it may also be boarded and secured, and the costs will be assessed to you and become a lien against the property, as provided by law.
