____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA Vision Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Case No. CJ-2013-27 Brian L. Thompson and Jamie W. Green, Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND AND PERSONAL PROPERTY UNDER EXECUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Second Alias Writ of Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued out of the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma on October 9, 2014 in an action wherein Vision Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff and Brian L. Thompson and Jamie L. Green are Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement of the real property and premises, the following described personal property, real property and premises situated in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: That part of the NW/4 NW/4 NW/4 of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 6 East, lying and being West of Oklahoma State Highway No. 99 (said property being more commonly known as 26161 State Highway No. 99S, Fittstown, Oklahoma); and 2004 Travis Trailer VIN 48X1F322941002976; to satisfy judgments and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against said Defendants obtained and made in said Court on October 15, 2013 on Plaintiff’s cause of action wherein the Court found there was due the total principal sum of $110,968.77 inclusive of interest and late fees through September 12, 2013, plus interest accruing thereafter at the contractual rates specifically set forth in the Journal Entry of Judgment per annum on the unpaid balance; together with the sum of $638.00 for ad valorem taxes advanced by Plaintiff for the year 2012; and for an attorney's fee and costs incurred through date of judgment in the amount of $2,862.70; and for all costs accrued and accruing until paid, including property preservation costs to be advanced by Plaintiff. I will on the 19th day of November, 2014, at the hour of 10:00o’clock a.m. of said day at the Courthouse in Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs, and attorney’s fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said real property being the sum of $84,000.00.
