Case No. CV – 2014 - 175 The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Assigns and Unknown Successors of Jewel Annette Escue, Deceased, and the Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Assigns and Unknown Successors of Robert Keith Escue, Defendants. NOTICE The State of Oklahoma: TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Assigns and Unknown Successors, Immediate and Remote, of Roger Keith Escue, deceased, and Jewel Annette Escue, deceased, and to all persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to the real estate hereinafter described. You and each of you are hereby notified that Robert Coats, as Plaintiff, has filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, his Petition seeking the determination of death of the above-named deceased in and to the following described real property situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma: Lot 14 in Block 7, Arlington Addition to Ada, Oklahoma, as shown by the official recorded plat thereof (commonly known as 908 E. Corona, Ada, Oklahoma), and to determine the heirs of the above-named deceased and to adjudge the Plaintiff to be the owner of the legal title in fee simple in and to the above-described property; and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and that they be barred and enjoined from asserting any right, title, claim or interest therein. That said Petition has by Order of the District Judge been set for hearing on the 5th day of December, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock a.m. in the District Courtroom, Probate Division, Third Floor, in the County Courthouse in the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. You and each of you must be present for said hearing and show cause why said Petition should not be taken as true and the relief therein requested granted, or you must file an Answer to the Petition before said hearing date in the office of the undersigned Court Clerk or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered determining the death and heirship of Roger Keith Escue, deceased, and Jewel Annette Escue, deceased and quieting the Plaintiff’s title to all the above-described property.
