Case No. CJ – 2012- 224 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO CONFIRM SALE AND FOR LEAVE TO ENTER DEFICIENCY JUDGMENT Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of March, 2013 the Plaintiff above named filed in the above and numbered cause of action, its Motion to Confirm Sale and For Leave to Enter Deficiency Judgment concerning the following described property located in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The South 8 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7 in Block 1, Mockingbird Subdivision of Reserve “A” Meadow-Wood Subdivision, Ada, Oklahoma (commonly known as 1317 Lakehurst, Ada, Oklahoma) and A part of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 146 of the Original Townsite of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning in the East boundary of said Lot 1 of Block 146, at a point 60 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence West a distance of 180 feet; thence South a distance of approximately 127 feet to the South line of said Block 146; thence East a distance of 180 feet to the Southeast corner of said Block 146; thence North along the East boundary of said Block 146 a distance of 127.3 feet to the point of beginning; and the West 20 feet of Lot 4 in Block 146 of the Original Townsite of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma (commonly known as 905 S. Broadway, Ada, Oklahoma), Said Motions will be heard by the District Court of Pontotoc County on the 15th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. pursuant to Order of said Court entered on the date first noted above. You must appear at that time, or file any objections you may have at that time or prior thereto, in order to prevent confirmation of the sale of said property and to prevent a deficiency judgment from being entered against the Defendants, Joe L.
