NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Debra L Atkinson Dubose, a divorced woman, to CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC, on October 25, 2007, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, at Book 1542, Page 137; CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC, successor by merger with CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Cullman County Courthouse, in Cullman, Alabama, on November 18, 2014, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 5 West; thence North 1 degree 00 minutes West 1034.14 feet to the point of beginning: thence continue North 1 degree 00 minutes West 270 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 51 seconds East 322.67 feet to a point; thence South 1 degree 00 minutes East 270 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 51 seconds West 322.67 feet to the point of beginning. Said land lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 5 West, Cullman County, Alabama.
