(First Published October 31, 2014) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Whereas, ELMER DAVIS ADAMS, JR., A SINGLE PERSON, did by his Deed of Trust dated March 2, 2012 and filed for record March 5, 2012, in Book 2233 at Page 255-264, as modified by instrument filed April 29, 2013 in Book 2283 at Page 2273-2275, and as modified by Modification filed September 20, 2013 in Book 2302 at Page 1084 of the mortgage records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Deeds within and for Jasper County, Missouri, conveyed to James M. Paul, the following described real estate located and situated in Jasper County, Missouri, to-wit: TRACT 1: A tract of land being located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 29 North, Range 32 West of the 5th P.M., Jasper County, Missouri, being described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Southwest Quarter, thence North 89 deg. 25' 28" East along the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 1592.89 feet, thence North 00 deg. 04'36" East a distance of 1723.38 feet, thence North 89 deg. 25' 28" East a distance of 517.50 feet, thence South 00 deg. 03' 19" West a distance of 252.57 feet measured (South 00 deg. 04' 36" West deeded) to the point of beginning, thence North 89 deg. 24' 32" East a distance of 518.04 feet to a point on the East line of said Southwest Quarter, thence South 00 deg. 10' 59" West measured (South 00 deg. 09' 13" West deeded) a distance of 252.76 feet along said East line, thence South 89 deg. 27' 20" West a distance of 517.47 feet, thence North 00 deg. 03' 19" East measured (North 00 deg. 04'36" East deeded) a distance of 252.33 feet returning to the point of beginning. TRACT 2: Together with a 60 foot wide unobstructed ingress and egress road easement with the centerline being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of SW 1/4 of said Section 33, thence North 89 deg. 25' 28" East along the South line of the SW 1/4 a distance of 1592.89 feet to the point of beginning, thence North 00 deg. 04' 36" East a distance of 1723.38 feet, thence North 89 deg. 25' 28" East a distance of 517.50 feet to the point of terminus of the 60 foot wide road easement. Also together with and subject to a 30 foot wide unobstructed ingress and egress road easement with the centerline being described as follows: Commencing at the last point or the "point of terminus" of the last above described 60 foot wide Road Easement, thence North 89 deg. 25' 28" East 15 feet for the point of beginning of the 30 foot wide road easement, thence South 00 deg. 03' 19" West a distance of 252.57 feet to the Point of Terminus of the 30 foot wide road easement. in trust to secure the debt in said Deed of Trust described and; WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said note and continues, NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note, I will on Friday, November 21, 2014, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. in the forenoon and 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and more particularly at the hour of 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon at the south door of the Circuit Courthouse, in Joplin, Missouri, sell the above-described real estate at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash to pay said debt in said deed of trust described and the costs of said sale. /s/ James M.
