STATE OF ALABAMA CULLMAN COUNTY NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 2013, Michelle Stacks, an unmarried worman, did execute and deliver to Phillip Lee Whisenant, as Executor of the Estate of Manual T. Whisenant, a mortgage on certain real estate hereinafter described, which mortgage appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, at Mortgage Book 1701, Page 10; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the performance of said mortgage as is provided therein, which default continues as this date, and said mortgage is subject to foreclosure.
