Case No. PB-2014-313 COMBINED NOTICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS; NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, HEARING ON THE FINAL ACCOUNT, AND THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND DISCHARGE NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of Robert Drummond Jones, Deceased, that Robert Drummond Jones, III, whose address is 502 Holsey Drive, Noble, Oklahoma, has filed a Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters Testamentary issue to him. Said Petition further prays that the heirs at law of said Decedent be determined; that the Final Account be approved, that the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed, and that the Administrator be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars. TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENT: All creditors having claims against the above named Decedent are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Robert Drummond Jones, III, at the office of Kim Chandler Baze, Attorney at Law, 108 E. Main St., Norman, Oklahoma 73069, on or before the following presentment date: the 29th day of November, 2014 or the same will be forever barred. The above named Decedent died on the 24th day of January, 2010, at which time the residence address of the Decedent was 17700 Slaughterville Road, Lexington, Oklahoma, 73051. The total value of the Estate of the Decedent as set forth in the Petition is $42,310.00. Pursuant to an order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 1st day of December, 2014, at the hour of 8:30 oclock a.m. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Cleveland County Courthouse in the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing not less than 10 days before the hearing date, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being sent to the Petitioner and the Attorney for the Petitioner, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection(s) to the Petition and the relief prayed for. If an objection is filed at least 10 days before the hearing date, on the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
