The South Sixty Acres of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Six (6) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4); Thence North 60 rods; Thence East 160 rods; Thence South 60 rods; Thence West 160 rods to the Place of Beginning. (herein the Property) acquired his interest in the Property by Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 492, Page 253, records of the Cleveland County Clerk. Said Plaintiffs Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
