The signed Petition was filed on the 25th day of March, 2013, and requests Detachment of the following described municipal territory purportedly annexed by the City of Ada on February 19, 2013: A tract of land located in Section 15, Township 3 North, Range 3 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, more particularly as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the NE/4 of said Section 15; thence S 00º46’29” E along the East line of said Section 15 a distance of 660.99 feet; thence S 89º35’32” W a distance of 3970.18 feet; thence N 00º43’38”W a distance of 660.18 feet; thence S 89º34’50”W a distance of 1323.30 feet to the Southwest corner of the NW/4 of said Section 15; thence N 00º42’30”W along the West line of said Section 14 a distance of 1571.36 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of Stonecipher Boulevard; thence in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the left having a radius of 1517.39, a chord bearing of S 71º18’50”E, an arc distance of 797.65 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way S 86º23’55”E a distance of 69.67 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way N 89º35’16”E a distance of 1241.54 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way S 65º46’39” E a distance of 112.47 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way N 89º33’58” E a distance of 487.97 feet; thence S 00º44’30”E a distance of 1261.39 feet to the Southwest corner of the NE/4 of said Section 15; thence N 89º34’50” E a distance of 1323.17 feet; thence N 00º45’19”W a distance of 1320.91 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of Stonecipher Boulevard; thence along said Right-of-Way N 89º18’17”E a distance of 520.44 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way S 83º01’35”E a distance of 232.11 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way 81º37’11”E a distance of 96.22 feet; thence along said Right-of-Way N 63º07’45” E a distance of 63.22 feet; thence in a Northeasterly direction along a curve to the left having a radius of 4006.53 feet, a chord bearing of N 78º22’10”E, an arc distance of 428.12 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 15; thence S 00º46’08”E a distance of 1418.23 feet to the point of beginning, containing 181.349 acres, more or less.
