PB_2014-155 (Published in the Sunday edition of The Duncan Banner, November 2, 2014-1 time) IN THE DISTRICT COURT WITHIN AND FOR STEPHENS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ALOHA CAIN, DECEASED. Case No. PB-2014-155 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF COP-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Aloha Cain, deceased, that on the 28th day of October, 2014, Chris F. Cain and Stacy E. Cain, produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Aloha Cain, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to the Petitioners, Chris F. Cain and Stacy E. Cain, and also for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an order of said Court, made on the 28th day of October, 2014, notice is hereby given that the 18th day of November, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will and determining the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent in the undersigned Judge's Courtroom at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
