___________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ___________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PONTOTOC COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: HENRY MONROE CURTIS, JR., Deceased. Case No. P-2001-00071 Judge Thomas S. Landrith COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL ACCOUNTING, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE AS SUMMARY PROCEEDING All creditors having claims against the Estate of Henry Monroe Curtis, Jr., deceased, are required to present the same together with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to Lyle W. Curtis, Special Administrator of this Estate, at the offices of Neuens Mitchell Freese, pllc, 2021 South Lewis Avenue, Suite 660, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104-5731, as attorneys for the Special Administrator, within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice, or the same will be forever barred. That Decedent Henry Monroe Curtis, Jr. died as a resident in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, on December 27, 2000; and that the total value of the Estate is approximately $5,000. That any person receiving this notice must file objections to the Petition at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition; and, that if an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed. All persons interested in the Estate of Henry Monroe Curtis, Jr., deceased, are hereby directed to appear in the Courtroom of the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, on the 13th day of May, 2013 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., to show cause why a final accounting should not be approved, and final orders made decreeing distribution, discharge of the Special Administrator and closing said Estate.
