PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Mineral Wells is accepting proposals for the provision and administration of an ambulance billing and electronic patient care reporting system. The Request for Proposals is available from the City Clerks office at 115 S.W. 1st Street in Mineral Wells, Texas 76067; P O Box 460, Mineral Wells, Texas, 76068; jformby@mineralwellstx.gov. Proposals will be received at the City Clerks office at 115 S.W. 1st Street in Mineral Wells, Texas 76067 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on November 20, 2014, at which time proposals will be opened and read aloud. A possible award will be made by the City Council at its regular meeting to be held on December 16, 2014.
