Burnside Jr., Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Alexis Williams, DOB February 7, 2006; Xavier Christian, DOB July 10, 2007, Aleiya Williams, DOB December 28, 2011 and Cable Christian, DOB February 25, 2013. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said child, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Steven Sapp, or of any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child Aleiya Williams, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Steven Sapp, or any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant childAleiya Williams appear in the Office of the Honorable Robert A Burnside Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for an improvement period review hearing on Amity Williams and an adjudictory hearing of Jackie Christian, on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, from 1:30 p.m. To 2:30 p.m.., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Steven Sapp, or any known or unknown father, or any named or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child Aleiya Williams,, be advised of their right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
