Crawford and Cynthia R. Shepard-Loucks to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Fremont Investment&Loan to secure the sum of $79,500.00, and interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Broome County on December 28, 2006 in Book: 3203 Page: 820. That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Fremont Investment&Loan duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by Assignment dated February 27, 2012 and recorded on March 7, 2012 in the Office of the Clerk of Broome County in Book 3537 Page 1290. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Plaintiff designates Broome County as the place of trial. The basis of venue is the County in which the mortgaged premises is situated.
