(Published in the Sunday edition of The Duncan Banner, November 16, 2014-1 time) Bray-Doyle Public School has re-opened its milk bid for the 2014-15 school year. Milk Bid Specifications and information: All bids must meet the following criteria: 1. Deliveries of milk to the school must be available a minimum of two times per week. 2. Deliveries of milk to the school must be made on a regular schedule. EXAMPLE: Milk is delivered every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. 3. In the event of an emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, an effort must be made by the vendor to accommodate changes in the delivery dates. 4. All bids must be received by the district by no later than December 3,2014 to be considered. 5. All bids must meet the above criterial to be considered as a valid bid. 6. The Board of Education retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids. 7.
