LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Otego, in the County of Otsego, New York, held at the Otego Municipal Building on November 12, 2014, a resolution authorizing an expenditure from an equipment reserve fund was approved, subject to a permissive referendum. An abstract of the resolution follows: The resolution approved the expenditure of up to $40,100 from a highway equipment reserve fund for the purchase of an Everest dump box/spreader. The purchase was not subject to competitive bidding because the Town is piggybacking on bid from Onondaga County.
