(Published in The Norman Transcript November 27, 2014, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estates of ALICE MARIE CADDELL, DECEASED, And WILLIAM RALPH CADDELL, DECEASED, Husband and Wife No. PB-2014-340 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILLS Notice is hereby given to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Alice Marie Caddell, Deceased, William Ralph Caddell, Deceased (hereinafter called the "decedents"), that on the 25th day of November, 2014, Debbra Alane Clary and Barbara Carol Parr (the "Petitioners") produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Cleveland and State of Oklahoma instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Wills and Testaments of the decedents and also filed a Petition praying that the documents purporting to be the decedents Last Wills and Testaments be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioners and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedents be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law, and that the filing of an inventory and appraisal be waived. Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is hereby given that the 15th day of December, 2014, at 8:30 A.M. has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and proving the Will at the County Court house at Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
