(Published in The Norman Transcript November 27, 2014, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Blue Sky Outdoor Advertising has applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 18-601 of Chapter 18 (Sign Code) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance of 20 from the maximum 35 height for an Off-Premise Sign located at 1298 North Interstate Drive. Said Variance is requested for the following property: A tract of land lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, TOWNE WEST VILLAGE ADDITION to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
