PB-2011-28 ORDER FOR AND NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES, AND DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE JAMILEH WILCOX and BUFFY K. BLEAKLEY, aka B.K. BLEAKLEY, Personal Representatives of the Estate of LYDA FAYE WILCOX, Deceased, having filed in the Court their Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution of Estate: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said Petition be, and is hereby , set for hearing before JUDGE STEPHEN W. BONNER, on the 22nd day of December, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, being a day of said court not less than twenty (20) days after the filing of said petition, when and where any person interested in said estate is notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, to object to said matters. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that copies of the notice of this hearing be given by mail to the heirs, legatees and devisees whose addresses are known with postage prepaid, at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing and by publication once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks as required by law.
