Finally, Applicant requests that the Commission vacate Order No. 230397 insofar as it pertains to the 80-acre standup unit for the Hoxbar common source of supply underlying the E/2 of Section 22-1N-6W, Stephens County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission establish a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Permian, Hoxbar, Deese and Springer common sources of supply underlying Section 22-1N-6W, Stephens County, Oklahoma, by extending the purview of Order No. 125475, 140379 and 203567. Additionally, that the Commission should establish 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Cisco, Atoka, Morrow, Mississippian, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan, Fernvale, Viola, Simpson and Arbuckle common source of supply underlying Section 22-1N-6W, Stephens County, Oklahoma, by establishing new spacing. That the unit should be formed as a governmental section, with the permitted well to be drilled no closer than 1,320 feet to the unit boundary. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
