NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order (A) amending Order No. 195312, dated July 31, 1981, effective June 12, 1981, for the Springer Sand common source of supply; (B) amending Order No. 603315, dated October 18, 2012, for the Springer common source of supply; and (C) amending an order to issue in a companion spacing cause for the Goddard common source of supply, to permit a well for such common sources of supply at the following location: SURFACE LOCATION: Will be specified in the final order to issue in this cause, but will be situated in the SE/4 of Section 23, LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 23 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 165 feet from the South line and no closer than 500 feet from the East line and no closer than 0 feet from the North line and no closer than 500 feet from the East line of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 14 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 0 feet from the South line and no closer than 500 feet from the East line and no closer than 165 feet from the North line and no closer than 500 feet from the East line of Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, LOCATION OF LATERAL WITHIN THE MULTIUNIT: Not closer than 500 feet from the East line of said Sections 14 and 23. Same to be a well for the unit consisting of said Sections 14 and 23, 640-acre horizontal units by said orders which require that the well be located not closer than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary as to the Springer and Springer Sand and not closer than 330 feet from the unit boundary as to the Goddard. The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location exception lies are Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 22, 24, 25, 26 and 27, Township 2 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby with no downward allowable adjustment. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission Tulsa office facility, Kerr State Office Building, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, OK 74127, at 8:30 a.m., on December 16, 2014, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
