No. PG-2013-273N NOTICE OF HEARING ON RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Donald W. Knop and Mary Knop, the Guardians of the person and estate of Linda Poyner, also known as Linda J. Poyner, an incapacitated person, have presented for confirmation and filed in this court their Return of Sale of the right, title and interest of the estate in and to the following described real property located in Clay County, Tennessee, to-wit: TRACT NO. 1: BEGINNING at Mill Creek where an elm formerly stood in corner of Harvey Rich tract, running South about 98 poles to a dogwood and hickory, where a dogwood and hickory formerly; thence East 130 poles where a hickory and sugartree once stood; thence North 32 polies to a stake near Mill Creek; thence down said creek to the beginning, containing 126 acres, more or less. TRACT NO. 2: BEGINNING on a double dogwood at forks of road, the beginning corner, running thence with road leading toward Bill Waddle to a gulley, thence down and with said gulley to the Waddell and Jesse Rich lien to the Jimmie Langford now Barlow Langford line; thence with said lien to an elm standing in said line; thence up the hill on a straight line to the road, leading from Moredock toward road running from Butlers Landing to Hilham; thence with said road leading from Moredock to Butlers Landing through the Chestnut Orchard and with said road to the beginning corner, containing by estimation 60 acres, more or less. And being the same lands conveyed to James D. Delk and wife, Mary Evelyn Delk, by warranty deed from Edgar Phillips and wife, Edith Phillips, dated August 22, 1987, and recorded in Deed Book 48, Pages 292-294, Registers Office of Clay County, Tennessee, also known as 325 W.E. Phillips Road, Celina, Tennessee. Said property was sold for cash at private sale to Francis Lyons for the sum of One Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($188,500.00). Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars. That a hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 18th day of December, 2014 at 11:00 oclock a.m., before the undersigned judge at her courtroom in the Cleveland County Courthouse at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there by, why such sale should not be confirmed.
