Deliver to: Office of the City Purchasing Agent City Hall 258 Main Street Oneonta, NY 13820 Attn: Jamie McNamara-Kirk Overview: The City of Oneonta is seeking professional services to develop a water system master plan and rate study with a 25-year planning horizon for Oneonta's water supply, treatment and distribution system. Interested Professional Engineering Consultants are requested to submit an Expression Of Interest (EOI) along with Statements Of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Oneonta in regard to preparing a comprehensive water system master plan and rate study including a capital improvements program for implementation by the City's water department and/or outside construction companies. In preparing the capital improvements plan, consider the adequacy of existing supply facilities, treatment and distribution system, present and future potential demands, urgency and priority of needs, cost of improvements and available source of funds.
