You have been made defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Bobby Pritchett, Plaintiff, seeking determination of heirship and partition of the following described real property: Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 and East 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 less 1 acre in Northeast corner, Section 23, Township 8 North, Range 18 East, Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Also East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 26 Township 8 North, Range 18 East, all in Lauderdale County, State of Mississippi. Less and Except: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 8 North, Range 18 East, Lauderdale County, Mississippi, thence run East along the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said section, township and range 969.50 feet to a point, thence run South 104.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence run South 49 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East to a point, thence run South 150.44 feet to the centerline of a public road, thence North 47 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West 210.0 feet along the centerline of said road, thence North 140.44 feet to the point of beginning, being 0.5 acres, more or less in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 8 North, Range 18 East, Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
