____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ ALIAS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: GERALDINE KILPATRICK, if living, and if not, her heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote; GREETINGS: You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-14-187, wherein CHARLES DIAL and JOYCE DIAL are plaintiffs, and GERALDINE KILPATRICK, if living, and if not her heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote; and the State of Oklahoma, ex rel., Oklahoma Tax Commission; are defendants; and the plaintiffs allege that they are entitled to have their title quieted in and to the following-described real property: Surface estate and an undivided mineral interest in and to the S 1/2 N 1/2 SW 1/4 and N 1/2 S 1/2 SW of §11, 4N-5E, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, LESS AND EXCEPT two tracts described as follows: A part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said § 11, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North a distance of 189.4 feet; thence East a distance of 273.0 feet; thence South a distance of 189.4 feet; thence West a distance of 273.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.19 acres, more or less AND Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of said § 11; thence N 00 00'00" W a distance of 881.60 feet along the West line of said SW 1/4 , for the point of beginning; thence continuing N 00 00'00" W a distance of 379.13 feet; thence N 86 24'35" E a distance of 185.63 feet to an existing fence corner; thence S 00 25'54" E a distance of 392.45 feet to an existing fence corner; thence N 89 29'12" W a distance of 188.23 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.60 acres, more or less.
