(First Published December 15, 2014) PUBLIC NOTICE The 3 year term of office on the Board of Directors of (Consolidated) Public Water Supply District No. 3 of Jasper County, Missouri, will expire in the spring of 2015, Chaper 247.060 RSMo., as follows: Sub-district No. 5 Current Board Member, Rex Block Anyone desiring to become a candidate must make written filing with the District Clerk at any time after 8:00 a.m. on December 16, 2014, and before 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2015. the District Office is located at: 4983 Co. Rd. 200, Joplin, Mo. 64801. A member of the Board of Directors must be a registered voter who resides in the sub-district he or she represents, must have no delinquent taxes, must be a least 25 years of age, and must have resided in the sub-district for at least one year prior to his or her election or if not a voter or resident of said district, shall have received service from the district at his or her primary place of resident one whole year immediately prior to his or her election.
