____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ INVITATION TO BID KITCHEN EQUIPMENT PACKAGE FOR THE NEW CAFETERIA BUILDING Stonewall Public Schools Sealed bids will be received as follows: PROJECT Bid Package 11B - New Cafeteria Building Kitchen Equipment OWNER: Stonewall Public Schools Independent School District #30 600 Highschool Avenue Stonewall, Oklahoma 74871 BID DATE: Thursday, May 30, 2013 TIME OF BID: 2:00 PM CDT PLACE OF BID: Superintendent’s Conference Room Stonewall Public Schools 600 Highschool Avenue Stonewall, Oklahoma 74871 The INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS, BID FORM, BOND FORMS, FORM OF CONTRACT, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA and other CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Construction Manager, MacHill Construction Co 19080 CR 1590, Ada, Oklahoma 74820; phone (580) 332-1404 or fax (580) 332-0086 or the office of the Architect, Redland Childers Architects PC located at 117 N. Broadway, Suite 207, Ada, Oklahoma. Prospective Bidders may pick up bidding documents at the Architect’s Office upon payment of a $50.00 deposit made payable to the Architect, Redland Childers Architects PC, 117 North Broadway, Suite 207, Ada, Oklahoma. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such project set within 10 days of bid date and in good condition will be refunded his/her deposit. Any non-bidder will forfeit his/her entire plan deposit. Additional prints of plans and/or specifications may be obtained for $3.00 per sheet for plans and $.25 per sheet for specifications; not refundable. An electronic PDF version of bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. The bidder must agree in writing that any bids submitted by him will be irrevocable until the Contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected. A period for this determination will not exceed thirty (30) days after date of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to Stonewall Public Schools, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded.
