Oak) to the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma and find that the accessory building located on this property is dilapidated as follows: Please take notice that the above described property appears to be in violation of 11 O.S. §22-112, in that it is dilapidated and has become detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the general public and the community, and/or the property is creating a fire hazard which is dangerous to other property. The property may also be unsecured and in need of boarding and securing under 11 O.S. §22-112.1. You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held before the Ada City Council on the 3rd day of June, 2013 at 5:45 oclock P.M. in the City Council Chamber, Ada City Hall, 231 South Townsend, Ada, Oklahoma. The City Council will hear the matter at that time and receive information thereon, including anything which you, your agent, or your attorney may want to present.
