NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS TO ISSUANCE OF CITY OF RICHMOND, KY, EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS Pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, notice is hereby given that on 12/29/14 at 11 A.M., at 239 W. Main St, Richmond, Ky 40475, the City Clerk will hold a public hearing regarding issuance of City of Richmond, Ky, Educational Facilities Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 (“Bonds”), to assist the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, a nonprofit organization (“Borrower”) finance the cost to refund outstanding notes. The notes represent debt originally incurred by Borrower to finance the cost to construct in 2005 the 44,840 s.f. Seton Catholic School on a campus at 1740 Summerhill Drive, Lexington, Ky. Borrower owns and operates the school as an integral part of its educational facilities. The maximum face amount of Bonds to be issued is $4,250,000. At the hearing, individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views on the proposed issue of Bonds and the nature of the project.
