Case No: PB-2014-181 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All persons interested in the Estates of Daniel Goldfeder aka Dan Goldfeder and Neffie Goldfeder, both deceased. You are hereby notified that on the 22 day of December, 2014, the Petitioner, Gary Goldfeder, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Determination of Heirs, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate (the "Petition"). The Petitioner has alleged that the Deceased, Daniel Goldfeder, died on October 25, 1973, domiciled in and residing in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and that his widow and sole devisee, Neffie Goldfeder died on July 1, 1996, domiciled in and residing in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. That Daniel Goldfeder left a Last Will and Testament, dated February 29, 1964, which was filed for record in the County Court of Dallas County, Texas on September 9, 1974, and recorded as 161 0989-0992, and attached hereto is a document entitled "Exemplified Probate Proceedings" pertaining to the estate of Dan Goldfeder, deceased. To the best of the petitioner's knowledge, the will attached has been validly executed. The petitioner, after exercising due diligence, is unaware of any instrument revoking or modifying the will. The petitioner believes that the will attached is the last will and testament of Dan Goldfeder. That under the terms of said will, the entire estate of Dan Goldfeder passed to his surviving spouse, Neffie Goldfeder Combined Notice to Creditors and Notice of Hearing That Neffie Goldfeder, died on July 1, 1996, at age 92, domiciled in and residing at 2525 Centerville Road, Dallas County, State of Texas' that she died intestate, leaving two children, heirs Gary A. Goldfeder, Petitioner, and Charlotte Goldfeder Harris, who is deceased and whose estate has been probated elsewhere, and are the sole and only heirs of Neffie Goldfeder. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the will to probate and determine ownership of property within Oklahoma in accordance with the provisions of the will and other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et. seq. The probable value of the estate consists of mineral interests described in the Petition and whose value is not determined. The sole heir is Gary Goldfeder, 119 Tanager Trail, Georgetown, TX 78633-4855. In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition, the final accounting and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice to Creditors and Order Appointing Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against the estates of Daniel Goldfeder and Neffie Goldfeder are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Personal Representative, Dan Goldfeder, c/o Joe M. Anthis, Attorney at Law, 9208 North Kelley Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73131, on or before the 23 day of January, 2015, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 10 day of February, 2015, at 10 o'clock, A.m. at the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, before Judge G. Brent Russell. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution will be filed herein on or before the 23 day of January, 2015. You are hereby advised that you may file objections to the petition and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner's attorney, Joe M. Anthis, 9208 North Kelley Avenue., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73131, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If no objection is filed, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether distribution of property within Oklahoma be distributed as provided in the wills, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estates will be distributed and to whom the estates will be distributed.
