Case No. PB-12-99 ALIAS COMBINED NOTICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS FINAL ACCOUNTING, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop, deceased, that there has been filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, a Petition attesting that Catherine Laverda Balthrop died testate on the 20th day of November, 2012, while a resident at 320 W. 6th St., Ada, OK 74820, at the time of her death. That Petitioner, Wilma Rae Sanders, is the sole devisee and legatee and Personal Representative of the estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop and Wilma Rae Sanders resides at 17613 CR 1585 Ada, OK 74820. The total value of the estate of Decedent, as set forth in the Petition, is less than $175,000. Petitioners Petition prays for summary administration, approval of the Final Accounting of said Estate, that Letters of Administration be issued to Wilma Rae Sanders, for the judicial determination of the identities of the heirs-at-law of the said Catherine Laverda Balthrop, deceased, that the Court distribute the Estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop, deceased, that the Court distribute the Estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop, and for the distribution and discharge of said Wilma Rae Sanders. Notice is given that the Final Account will be filed on the 3rd day of April, 2013. The 22 day of April, 2013, at 9:00 oclock a.m. has been set as the time for hearing the Petition for Summary Administration of the Estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop, deceased, judicially determining the identities of the heirs-at-law of said Decedent, distributing the Estate of Catherine Laverda Balthrop, and approving the distribution and discharge of said Administrator, at which hearing all persons interested in the estate may appear and contest the same. Notice is given that persons receiving this Notice must file objections to the Petition at least ten days (10) before the hearing and send a copy to the Administrator c/o Blake Bostick Attorney, 211 W. 13th, Ada, OK 74820, or you will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition. If an objection if filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. Notice is hereby given that the claim of any creditor not shown in the Petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Administrator on or before the 12th day of April 2013.
