FILES, Deceased. NO. P-2014-183 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FIRST CODICIL AND DETERMINING IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of HERSHELL R. FILES, deceased, that on the 23rd day of December, 2014, DeLENA BETH FILES produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, instruments, in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament and first codicil thereto of HERSHELL R. FILES, and also filed in said court a petition praying for the probate of said will and first codicil and that letters testamentary issue thereon to DeLENA BETH FILES as personal representative, without bond, and has requested this court to determine the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent. Pursuant to an order of said court made on the 23rd day of December 2014, notice is hereby given that the 13th day of January, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and proving said will and first codicil at the district courtroom in the county courthouse in the City of Duncan in said County of Stephens, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
