Case No. PB-2014-368 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To all persons interested in the Estate of Robbie Gay Bynum Moffeit: You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of December, 2014, the Petitioner, Heather Bell, c/o Law Offices of Josh Copeland, 124 E. Main St., Norman, OK 73069, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration of said Estate. The Petitioner has alleged Robbie Gay Bynum Moffeit, aged sixty-eight (68) years old, passed away on December 1, 2014, domiciled and residing at 2717 Briarcliff Rd., Norman, OK 73071 in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, leaving an estate of personal and real property valued at less than $200,000.00. Petitioner has asked the Court for certain relief pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 58, §§ 245, et seq. Petitioner has alleged Robbie Gay Bynum Moffeit left a validly executed will. Norman, OK 73071 • Maxwell Moffeit 4200 N Meridian Ave Apt 614 Oklahoma City, OK 73112 In an Order for Combined Notice entered by the Court, the Court ordered dispensation of the regular estate proceedings prescribed by Oklahoma law, ordered notice to creditors, and issued an order for hearing upon the Petition of Heather Bell. The Court has appointed Heather Bell as Special Administrator of the Estate of Robbie Gay Bynum Moffeit, deceased. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice: (1) All creditors having a claim against Robbie Gay Bynum Moffeit, deceased, are required to present these claims, with a description of all security interest and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claims to: Heather Bell c/o Law Offices of Josh Copeland 124 E.
