Case No. PB-2013-7 ORDER AND NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT On this 16 day of May, 2013, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that in the above-named case the Administrator has filed his Final Account and Report and Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution of Estate, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and all parties interested in said Estate are given notice and are hereby directed to appear in the Courtroom of District Judge Thomas Landreth of the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, Pontotoc County Courthouse, Ada, Oklahoma, on the 25th day of June, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. to show cause why said Final Report should not be approved and final order made determining heirship and decreeing distribution and closing of said estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of proceedings herein concerned be given by publication hereof as required by law for two successive weeks in The Ada News, Ada, Oklahoma, and notice of said hearing shall be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing, to the heirs, legatees and devisees whose addresses are known.
