MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by James M. Echols, husband and Melissa D. Gatlin Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 82 of the Probate records of Limestone County, Alabama; thence from the point of beginning (half inch rebar found) run along the West right of way of Alabama State Highway No. 53, South 30 Degrees 37 Minutes 49 Seconds East (Basis of Bearing Centerline of Alabama State Highway No. 53) a distance of 100.00 feet; thence leaving the West right of way for Alabama State Highway No. 53 run South 59 Degrees 22 Minutes 11 Seconds West a distance of 424.44 feet to a five eighth inch rebar set capped Blevins #1443 in the centerline of a creek; thence run along said centerline North 02 Degrees 47 Minutes 12 Seconds East for a distance of 119.81 feet to a five eighth inch rebar found capped Blevins #1443; thence leaving said centerline run North 59 Degrees 22 Minutes 11 Seconds East for a distance of 358.46 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.90 acres more or less.
