NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed by Charlotte T. Scott and husband, Dexter L. Scott, on May 11, 2013, said mortgage being recorded on May 22, 2013 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1707, Page 972. Traditions Bank as Mortgagee, by reason of such default, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on February 10, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: Commence at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 12 South, Range 4 West; thence West 330 feet; thence Northerly along the West line of Eunice Cole property to the center line of a public road; thence continue Northerly along said West line 210 feet; thence Easterly and parallel with said public road 210 feet; thence Southerly and parallel with said West line 210 feet to the center line of said public road; thence Westerly along center of said road 210 feet to the point of beginning. Said land being in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama. Less and except road rights of ways. Being 1 acre, more or less.
