CJ-2014-1087 W NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: EARL W. POE, JR. JANET ROE (real name unknown), spouse, if any of EARL W. POE, JR. You will take notice that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition with the District Court, Cleveland County, in the above-styled and numbered lawsuit and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before the 24th day of February, 2015, the Petition will be taken as true and a judgment, in rem, will be entered in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $24,322.81, plus interest thereon accrued through July 31, 2014, in the amount of $1,292.12 plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 9.125% per annum until paid, a reasonable attorney’s fee, plus abstracting expenses, plus advances for taxes, insurance, property preservation, late charges and court costs accrued and accruing during the pendency of this action; and for further decree of the Court foreclosing the Plaintiff’s lien on the following described real property, to wit: Lot Twenty-One (21) and Twenty-Two (22), in Block Twenty-Five (25), of HIGHLAND ADDITION to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, less and except a tract described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 21; thence South 15 feet; thence East 15 feet; thence North 15 feet; thence West 15 feet to the place of beginning and for further Order directing the Sheriff to execute and sale the above-described real property and the proceeds applied to amounts due Plaintiff and further barring and foreclosing new Defendants and all Defendants to the lawsuit from any right, title, interest or estate or equity in and to the property.
