Case No. PB-2013-19 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to all heirs, devisees, and legatees of Lillian Marie Brashier, Deceased (the “Decedent”), that on the 1st day of March, 2013, Donna McCurry (the “Petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Lillian Marie (Reed) Brashier (the “Will”), and also filed a Petition for Probate of Will, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees (the “Petition”), praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Petitioner as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lillian Marie Brashier, Deceased, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of the Decedent be judicially determined.
