NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated August 31, 2004, executed by Minnie L. Adams, an unmarried woman, to AmSouth Bank, which mortgage was recorded on September 10, 2004, in Real Property Book 2004, Page 52516, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, which mortgage was, duly transferred and assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the West Door entrance to the Limestone County Courthouse at Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on January 6, 2015, the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: A tract or parcel of land situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 1 South, Range 6 West, Limestone County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows, to wit; Beginning at an iron stake which is 840 feet South and 157 feet West from Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence North 6 degrees, 30 minutes West 518 feet to the Southline of a County Public Road; thence East along Southline of said road 84 feet; thence South 6 degrees, 30 minutes East 518 feet; thence due West 84 feet; to the True Point of Beginning, containing one acre, more or less. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage as well as expenses of foreclosure.
