CITY OF CLEBURNE NOTICE OF PENALTY ORDINANCES AT THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEBURNE, WHICH WAS HELD ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2014, AT 6:30 PM, THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING PENALTY ORDINANCE: OR12-2014-102 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cleburne, Texas amending Title IX: General Regulations, Chapter 98: Parks and Recreation; Lake Pat Cleburne; Section 98.502, "Sports Complex Rental Fee Schedule of the Code of Ordinances; as recommended by the 4B Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing for a penalty not to exceed $500.00 for each offense; providing for publication; providing an effective date. ---Any person, firm or corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of these ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500.00 for each offence. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offence.
