STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF LAUDERDALE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 21st day of August, 2008, James Q. Ford, Sr. and Bobbie O. Ford executed a Deed of Trust in favor of Don O. Rogers, III, Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein described in favor of The Citizens National Bank of Meridian, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2330 beginning at page 327 among the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi; and, WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will, on the 4th day of February, 2015, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at the west door of the Lauderdale County Courthouse in Meridian, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following-described property lying and being situated in the City of Meridian, County of Lauderdale, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot No. 43, Dale Manor Subdivision of the City of Meridian, Lauderdale County, Mississippi, as per map thereof recorded in Map Book 5 at page 41 of the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi. The real property is commonly known as 3505 49th Court, Meridian, Mississippi 39305. I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
