____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ Notice of Proposed Annexation Pursuant to Title 11, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 21-103 et seq., notice is hereby given that the City of Ada proposes to annex the following described property, situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, into and as part of the City of Ada, Oklahoma: Tract 1: All of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Stonebridge Subdivision, Phase 1, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, containing 20.18 acres, more or less; and All that part of the SW/4 NE/4 of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, NOT included in Stonebridge Subdivision, Phase 1, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, containing 27.46 acres, more or less; and All of the N/2 NW/4 SE/4 of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, containing 20.12 acres, more or less. A public hearing on the proposed annexation will be held on the 5th day of August, 2013, at 5:45 o’clock p.m. in the Dr. Ray L. Stout City Council Chambers, Ada City Hall, 231 South Townsend Avenue, Ada, Oklahoma 74820.
