(Published in The Norman Transcript January 16, 23, 2015, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS County Bid #COM-1705 Notice is hereby given that Cleveland County will accept bids on the following: The Purchase and Installation of new Signage for the Courthouse and Removal of the current Signage from the Cleveland County Courthouse. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Business Relationship Affidavit are part of the bid requirements. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cleveland County Commissioners Meeting Room at 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, Norman, OK. Vendors who do not make the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible to bid. Bid Document Plans may be examined without charge in the Office of the Cleveland County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., or may be obtained from the Architects in Partnership (AIP), 3220 Marshall Avenue, Norman, OK 73072, upon a deposit of $50.00 per set as a guarantee of the safe return of these Contract Documents in good condition. *** Bid Document Plans must be picked up prior to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. These will not be available at the meeting.*** Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, February 13, 2015, and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 17, 2015, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, Norman, OK. A Bid Bond (Surety Bond) or Cashiers Check in the amount of 5% of your total bid price, made payable to Cleveland County must accompany your bid. The surety bond or cash guarantees the County that the Contractor will, if awarded a contract, provide the necessary Performance Bonds (s) within the time required by Cleveland County.
