Brents, if married TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Champion Mortgage Company, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before March 6, 2015, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered, foreclosing any interest you may have in the following-described real estate (property) situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Part of the South Half (S/2) of the North Half (N/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Six (6) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a found #4 bar, said point being the NW corner of SW/4 of said Section 8; thence South 00º05’49” West along and with the West line of said SW/4 a distance of 857.10 feet to a set CST nail with a J&A 1484 shiner, said point being the point of beginning; thence North 89º23’11” East, departing said West line, a distance of 473.52 feet to a set #3 bar with a J&A 1484 cap; thence South 00º05’49” West, a distance of 460.00 feet to a set #3 bar with a J&A 1484 cap, said point being on the South line of the S/2 of the N/2 of said SW/4; thence South 89º23’11” West along and with the South line of S/2 of the N/2 of the SW/4, a distance of 473.52 feet to a found mag nail, said point being the SW corner of the S/2 of the N/2 of the SW/4; thence North 00º05’49” East, along and with the West line of said SW/4 a distance of 460.00 feet to the point of beginning, for the sum of: Reason Amount Unpaid Principal Balance: $85,429.79 Date of Default: 07/31/2011 Interest Due From: 11/10/2014 including all subsequent advances by Plaintiff, if any, for taxes, insurance premiums, or expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, all costs of this action; reasonable attorney’s fees and costs as the Court may allow, and the costs of foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
