LEGAL NOTICE The Pulaski Township Board of Supervisors are accepting Letters of Interest for the following: Auditor's position - Anyone interested must be an elector of the Township and currently reside in the Township continuously for at least one year. Letters of interest must be received on or before January 26, 2015; Planning Commission - Member position and Zoning Hearing Board Alternate Member Position - Anyone interested must currently reside in the Township continuously for at least one year. Pulaski Township Board of Supervisors Legal: January 17, 19, 2015 PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS AND PERSONS: The purpose of this notice is to notify the public that the Union Township HOME Program Grant is proposing to use federal funds withing a FEMA designated 100-year floodplain. An environmental review is to be completed in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The proposed program would involve home rehabilitation and lead-based paint hazard control activities. The proposed program will involve minimum housing standards, such as roofs, hand rails, lighting at all exterior doors, etc. as well as lead hazard control/reduction activities. These activities will service low income, single family residence located within the target area of Union Township. The target area contains floodplains and project sites could be identified at https://msc.fema.gov as designated by the FEMA Map Service Center. PROJECT: Union Township HOME Program Grant#: C000058721 Funding Source: Department of Community and Economic Development HOME funds. All affected and interested agencies, groups and persons are encouraged to participate in this decision-making process for the proposed action in the floodplain.
