PB-2015-11 (Published in the Tuesday edition of The Duncan Banner, January 20, 2015-1 time) IN THE DISTRICT COURT WITHIN AND FOR STEPHENS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA N THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF EMILY PEARL PRUITT, DECEASED. Case No. PB-2015-11 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Emily Pearl Pruitt, deceased, that on the 14th day of January, 2015, Michael D. Pruitt and Patricia Pruitt Watson produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Emily Pearl Pruitt, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to the Petitioners, Michael D. Pruitt and Patricia Pruitt Watson, and also for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an order of said Court, the 3rd day of February, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will and determining the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
