Knop and Mary Knop, the Guardians of the person and estate of Linda Poyner, also known as Linda J. Poyner, an incapacitated person, have presented for confirmation and field in this court their Return of Sale of the right, title and interest of the estate in and to the following described real property located in Cameron County, Texas, to-wit: Lots 26 and 27, Block 85, LAGUNA MADRE BEACH SUBDIVISION, Cameron County, Texas, according to map thereof recorded in Volume 20, Pages 11 thru 14 of the Map Records, Cameron County, Texas. Said property was sold for cash at private sale to Richard L. Heaton and Patricia A. Heaton for the sum of Seventy-three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($73,500.00). Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars. That a hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 12th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 o’clock a.m., before the undersigned judge at her courtroom in the Cleveland County Courthouse at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why such sale should not be confirmed.
