____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM A. COLLEY, Deceased. Case No. PB-2015-3 ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY PROBATE, ADMISSION OF WILL, NOTICE TO CREDITORS, NOTICE OF FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND DISTRIBUTION 1. It is the Order and Notice of this Court that a Petition has been filed requesting Summary Probate, admission of Will, hearing on final account and distribution of the estate. 2. It is the further Order and Notice of this Court that hearing on the Petition is set for the 30th day of March, 2015, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the District Court Courtroom of Judge Kessinger, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. 3. It is the further Order and Notice of this Court that Personal Representative’s Final Account shall be filed on or before the 9th day of March, 2015. 4. It is the further Order and Notice of this Court that the Petition alleges that (a) Decedent, William A. Colley, died on January 20, 2000 in Tarrant County, Texas; (b) Petitioner/Personal Representative Betty Colley Bankston resides at 6308 Greenway Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76116; (c) The names and address of the heirs or devisees are: Betty Colley Bankston, Evalyn Lane Colley Ciborowski, 13410 Spring Grove Ave., Dallas, TX 75240, and Allison Bevan Colley Ryan, 4609 Peach Grove, Austin, TX 78744; (d) The probable value of the decedent’s Oklahoma estate is $2,102.00. 5. It is the further Order and Notice of this Court that any person objecting to the Petition must file any objections at least ten (10) days before the hearing with the Stephens County Clerk and provide a copy by mail or delivery of any objections to the Petitioner or they will be deemed to have waived any objections; further that if any objections are timely filed, the Court will determine at the hearing of the Petition whether the Will shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the estate should be distributed and to whom. 6. It is the further Order and Notice of this Court that any claims against this estate, not shown in the Petition will be barred unless the claim, with supporting vouchers, is presented to the Personal Representative at her attorney’s office at 438 East Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, 74501, on or before the following presentment date: March 2, 2015, which date is at least thirty (30) days after filing of the combined notice.
