PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MINGUS TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM City of Mingus is giving notice of the Citys intent to submit Texas Community Development Block Grant Program grant application for a Community Development Fund grant request of $275,000.00 for water improvements for low to moderate income persons for the entire City of Mingus.
